RECIPE:
Base: Blush Blossom cardstock stamped with the "Spot On" wheel stamp using Pretty in Pink ink
I then masked off two squares 2"x2" (in other words I cut out a square in some spare cardstock and basically used that as a stencil) and used a flower stamp from the Seeing Spots stamp set and Real Red ink to stamp out two square backgrounds and one smaller rectangular background for the sentiment.
Another stamp from the Seeing Spots set was stamped on Whisper White cardstock using Pretty in Pink ink and the flower stamp was stamped on top, again using Real Red ink. These were cut out using a circle punch.
The congratulations sentiment stamp is from the very useful Cheer & Wishes set. I used a blender pen and Stampin Pastels to outline the sentiment block.
